Time needed: 10 minutes
Equipment needed: None

Squat to Lunge x5 each side
Squat (hold) x10secs
Front lunge to Reverse lunge x5 each side
‘No fucking clue’ x5 each side

Execution: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. Rest when/if needed.
