It’s still all I can do to get 6 reps per set in for training lower abdominals. Trying not to get frustrated with this. Have to remind myself I am still recovering from my mommy makeover which included abdominal repair. Pretty crazy how much my body has changed over the last 10 years. Ya gotta believe in miracles & commit to being healthy for life not just a weight loss goal. It’s never over. We are never done. Our fitness journeys are life journeys.
