here is my tabata style pairs workout for the weekend. This one is focused on your endurance during short cardio vs. strength session. Actually, you can burn even more calories than with classic cardio training. Using changing strength and cardio interval is very effective according to fat burn..

1. KNEE UP SQUAT WALK 4/4 WITH WEIGHT
2. STAND UP AND CRUNCHES

HIIT Zone 4
1. PUSH UP + BROAD JUMP
2. LOW-PLANK JACKS

HIIT Zone 5
1. SINGLE LEG BURPEES WITH 2 PUSH UPS AND 2 JUMPS
2. HANDS BACK PULLS

HIIT Zone 6
1. DUMBBELLS SWING
2. TRICEPS PUSHUPS + PULL INS

HIIT Zone 7
1. CRAB POSITION SINGLE LEG REACH UP
2. 3 HEELS CLICKS + 3 SIDE PLANK DIPS

HIIT Zone 8
1. S2S KNEE TO ELBOW TOUCHES
2. GRADUAL LEGS DOWN
