In this video I take you through a full day of eating for my fat loss goals! While I meal prep and have more of a plan during the week, I show that on a weekend I make it up as I go along and can be more flexible. I also share my macros, sugar intake, and some dieting tips and tricks I use.
For my workouts I lift weights and do spin classes, and for my nutrition I count macros and follow flexible dieting.
