  1. great interview! I am a 70 year old man who trains for fitness and endurance and have done so for almost 50 years. My size is lean and defined and definitely not bulky. I have been vegetarian for many years and switched to full Plant Based-whole food (I dont care for the baggage of the word Vegan). I have been on Plant Based along with my wife for 6 years and it allowed me to get off statins and blood pressure meds. I gained in cycling and running endurance and my strength is about the same as before with the weights. Dont be afraid of tofu and soy as I havent seen any ill effects, but I dont eat much other than soymilk. I have no plans of ever going back to eating animal products.
