hello sir apki thodi help chiye thi mai apni daily diet apko btata hun ap
btana kuch kami to nahi hai.. Mai workout subha krta hun 6:45 pe and half
hour pehle ek banana and oats one cup leta hun and ek hour k workout k baad
8am pe 1 scoop davisco whey with external enzyme syrup,6 egg whites,2
banana consume krta hun and 1 multivitamin capsule and 1 ashwgandha capsule
leta hun.11 bje 2 egg omlete with 4 whole wheat bread leta hun..3 pm pe 1
scoop davisco with external enzyme and 1 cup daal,1 cup white rice..Then 6
pm pe 4 whole wheat bread with 1 glass dt milk and 1 fruit..8pm me kuch
salad vgerh leta hun.9:30 pe dinner me 1 cup daal thodi sabji and 1 scoop
davisco and 2 eggs.then before bed ashwgandha capsule with milk..please
isme koi kami btaiye itna sab kuch lene k baad bhi saala body me kuch
results nahi hai..and 3 month se ye diet follow kr rha hun thankew in
advance..
