AB Workout | 12min

equipment needed: an interval timer

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 25sec on/ 5sec off. Complete the first 4 exercises for 3 sets followed by the second 4 exercises for 3 sets. Really focus on contracting the ab muscles with each exercise.

hip pulses
cross body mountain climbers
