  1. Hi, so my question is….why do some workout trainers claim that u should
keep your torso perfectly perpendicular to the floor but on this channel I
see some ladies whose torso is leaned slightly forward during their
    squat?????

    1. Hi, If your torso doesn’t come forward then that means your knees are
coming too far forward which will put pressure on your knees and quads.
This will hurt your knees and not workout you butt as much.

  2. Damnit!! How beautiful is this women? Her work has paid off without any
doubt about it… Kudos to her and her trainer!

Now the pig in me says..

At time index 3:06 she looks like a sexy salamander just laying on a sexy
rock catching some sexy Sun rays before she begins her sexy day!

What I would not give to come back as that foam roller just for that
filming day of course… after the filming I would like to be return to my
human form… so I could remember how cool it was to be that foam roller
    for that moment in time…
