This is a very quick cardio workout which works on your back and abs as well. It’s very simple and consists of only three exercises. Each exercise is only one minute.
The first one is pull-ups on a suspension trainer, one minute total
Without any break I drop on the floor and do a set of crunches for a minute
And the last exercise is jump rope for a minute. Then rest for a minute and repeat the sequence 5 more times.
